Looks awesome. Hate the way the four barreled shotgun looks, but I just won't use it. The 14th can't come soon enough.

It really bothers me that the gunfights in the trailer are easy and dumb, it doesn't match with the rest of the trailers at all. They learn you how to survive and all you see is generic run 'n gun gameplay like CoD.

Playing on Ranger hardcore, it'll make it far more difficult and fun. Don't give up hope on DS & 4A yet.

I don't remember there being a four barreled shotgun in either 2033 or LL.

    Edit: never mind....

We already have chapter 3 up on page 7, I'm gonna watch it in about 20 minutes when I have audio and am not on my phone.

Ha, "four-barreled shotgun". You mean the Uboinik?

I think the single shot pistol uses heavy hitting slugs while the duplet (double and... Quadruple) uses more close quarters buck shot.

    Artyom: EPIC RANGER PUNCH.

  15. M2033 had two buttons, one for each barrel.

MLL has one button for single shot, one button for all barrels at once.

I was wondering how that would work, now how about the bayonet on the Uboinik?

A suppressor adds extra weight to the end of the barrel which I suppose would help with recoil, also they often reduce the velocity of the bullet which would also help.

There was no real penalty for hip firing in 2033. Even on hardcore, line 'em up center screen and drop 'em.

I'm not even that impressed by the gunplay either. The gun play in this game seems a little over-polished, it's like watching COD gameplay, now if they made the gun play slightly more like BF3 or something like that, then i'd be impressed.

    I'm with you.
That "Sawed-off" style is cool, I have never really liked the idea of a silencer on a shotgun though, dunno why.

4 Barrels on the Duplet? For fucks sake...

Also to whoever said something about the Bastard not overheating or whatever(it may have been Majnu), don't you have to constantly fire and get through more than 1 magazine to overheat the bastard? + he's only firing in quick bursts which is enough to stop it spraying like a beast although it does look a little too noob friendly.

Well our hero is a ranger who by now should start getting good at gunplay by now with the quad shotgun it could come in handy for demon encounters but thats about it

You can add different barrels to different weapons to suppress sound or muzzle flashes. Weapon stocks give increased stability and recoil reduction. If you tweak your weapon for silencing and recoil reduction, it might look like a silencer is doing that on its own in a video.

Personally, I prefer a silenced pistol or pneumatic rifle for the stealth shots, and an all-out firefower gun for when I suck at stealth or need to get rid of the mutated monsters.
