    Use Tunnel Bear or something to VPN unlock it when America gets it on the 14th. ;)

    Don't bother with the VPN thing, you can and will get banned from steam:


    "You agree that you will not use IP proxying or other methods to disguise the place of your residence, whether to circumvent geographical restrictions on game content, to purchase at pricing not applicable to your geography, or for any other purpose. If you do this, we may terminate your access to your Account. "

    No i won't.You can do it without yapping too much about it. Steam are not against it,they just have contractual obligations with the distributors and MAY take some actions.If you are caught doing so that is.
    You will get banned if you're using IP Proxying to buy games cheaper (promotions,discounts,etc) that are not available in your country.

    Yes but how easy is it for them to detect it? Extremely so;
    Don't get me wrong I know cases of people being banned for doing this are uncommon but they can and have taken action, is it worth the risk for just 3 days?
