    yes it is med-kit sorry for bad quality (i hate new smart phones so i am using old brick Nokia :D and i don't have normal camera)

    m1shooter2: There's been several dealers selling the medkits on ebay, though usually the internal drug bottles are emptied to get around import restrictions on drugs. The injector may or may not be removed too. Been thinking of getting one myself.

    there are only empty bottles inside without injector and i dunno how to or where to put it on my vest i don't want to lose it so i put in my med-bag for now any ideas ?

    Well in the menu screen for Metro 2033 you can clearly see it protruding from a chest pocket in the combat vest of a couple of rangers, plus I think it appears like that on some corpses in the game. So yeah, in a squarish pocket somewhere with the top protruding.

    Mine came with the injectors. Also, I'm attaching it to then middle pocket of my 6B3.

    Didn't know there is a difference. lol. It doesn't have rigid corners. If I were you, I'd tape it around to the inside of your pouch.

    Nice! Cut of part of the barrel, put on a suppressor, and mod the mag and it could be a VSV.

    yeah i will make whole new barrel (no cutting i want to have AK back if i decide i need change again :D and that gun is 8 years old it is historical piece ( :D ) and i dont want to derstroy it. oldest airsoft gun i know )

    but i will do it after i finish everything else
