It's pretty good, only not as much an experience of the metro as what Artyom had, more like an explanation of certain things and a love story. I didn't say too much, did I? :s

Hopefully it has been translated in to English well but either way I would probably buy it.

Heard the book is okay. Not that as good as 2033. I feel that 2034 should have Artyom. Even if he isn't the main character he should still be in the story since the whole world revolves around Artyom really.

No big news for me - I read it in Polish a year ago. Btw, there is a character in the book called Artyom, but he is not the Artyom who was the protagonist of Metro 2033; they just have the same name. Just thought I'd tell yous. :p

Read a slightly dodgy but readable translation of it already, it's pretty good to be fair although I do prefer 2033 it's still a cracking book and I can't wait to read a proper English translation. I won't say much about it though in case of spoilers.

Not really. Artyoms little adventure was pretty insignificant compared to most things in the Metro. The only thing that makes Artyoms adventure stand out from the rest of the goings on of the Metro was the bit where the Dark Ones
say they wanted to help rebuild humanity.

Can't wait to read it. Every once in a while I check amazon or just do a google search and its always in a foreign (to me) language.
