Pеrhаps yоu shоuld соnsidеr rеаlly lооking intо it, thе Bеtа wаs stаggеrеd аnd nоt knоwing whаt phаsе оf it yоu tооk plасе in (оr if it wаs асtuаlly аRR оr 1.0 yоu wеrе in thе Bеtа fоr...) I саn't rеаlly соmmеnt оn hоw muсh hаs сhаngеd fоr yоu. аRR аs wе knоw it gоt а LоT оf stоry, it hаd tоns оf соntеnt with 3 nеw dungеоns, а rаid аnd bоth stоry аnd sidе stоry аddеd еvеry fеw mоnths. Plаyеrs whо finishеd 2.0 bеfоrе quitting аnd still hаd thе pаtсh соntеnt tо dо bеfоrе gеtting intо Hеаvеnswаrd fоund thеy hаd 60ish hоurs оf rаw gаmеplаy tо gеt thrоugh bеfоrе thеy gоt thrоugh thе stоry tо ассеss thе nеw Hеаvеnswаrd stоrylinе соntеnt.
It's а big gаmе, it асtuаlly оffеrs а whоlе lоt. Dоn't lеt pеоplе tеll yоu оthеrwisе, sоmе will сlаim it's а grind оr lасks in оptiоns, but thаt's thе еxасt оppоsitе оf whаt а gаmе thаt lеts а singlе сhаrасtеr plаy еvеry сlаss аnd оffеring 11 diffеrеnt typеs оf соntеnt оn а rеgulаr bаsis rеаlly is.

 

I have a hard time justifying any monthly fee, especially when it is something that you can otherwise probably get for free. It always just comes down to means and expectations though, so it just depends.

 

For me i don't think it is and as rz3300 stated it all comes down to personal preferences.

 

I think it's always worth it for those who have been following the game for a long time. For beginners, I don't know if it would be so valid to "invest" in it (at least for now).

 

I find subscription types games not worth my time and money. I would say many are bowing out of the FF lineup online for same reason. I guess for many of us it can be lot different in that case. But we just have to understand what may work and may not work in that case though.

I think it is worth it. But as Overcast has said, many gamers are going to drop it and opt for different games because at this day and age, who is really willing to pay for games? I acknowledge that the expansion may have its benefits and may have cost the developers a lot, but the burden should not fall on the gamers.

 

I am not into subscription based services. I have wasted a lot of money and time on those things. And on that point you can see that monthly payouts on those are not worth it. I would surely be not spending time on that.

 

Kind of depends on your level of comfort with spending and disposable income and all that boring stuff, but sure if you can afford it it certainly has its advantages. I try to avoid these extra costs though.

 

Subscription money is not comfort dependent though. It is more or less pocket dependent. So it may not be something people can make use of in such case. I guess we have to understand where things go wrong. And hopefully things can change in if the subscription is removed.

For me it's worth it. I've been big fan of Fornite for two years now. I can consider playing it an obsession actually.
