Well, I think so too. I believed they said that it was "too depressive"...... I mean..... It's suppose to be APOCALYTIC. THE END AS WE WOULD PROBABLY KNOW IT. geez.... -.- Dont trust ign too much on their reviews.
That wasn't that bad review but the conclusion they made pissed me off. "Standard shooter with good ideas" I mean common, standard shooter is cod and there is plenty of games with cod gameplay but with different ides. Metro felt nothing like cod, sure had some problems, but still better then CODtrol+V.
They insulted the game for having bad facial/mouth animations. Did they ever consider since the game was made in a foreign country the facial/mouth animations were made to match up with a foreign language? If ign can mark the game down a point for that then that means every non-primarily-english speaking country in the worlf can mark down western games.
I don't like IGN anymore, they just play up to the hype. Skyrim: sure, automatic 9.5/10, at least, even with it's many glitches, lack of originality, and repetition of "arrow in the knee" quotes. Metro Last Light might get an 8/10, maybe slightly more. Just watch them...
