.....Chris Roberts ! Great review, straight forward (unlike others, which take up to three pages before they tell you anything about the game), and you mentioned Metro and Stalker :thumb:. I also found Wing commander privateer cheap on Ebay, so I'll be sure to get it before someone else does.
Ya, privateer 2 SUCKED! It was not made by chris roberts and had completely different gameplay from the rest of the series. Although I guess you can't say sucked since it was still a pretty great game, just in comparison to origin's other games......... (ps) also get it on gog, the boxed version will NOT run on a modern pc. *but also get the box because the box is epic*
^ I'll make sure to post a picture of it when I get it, but first, there is still six days before the time period ends (cross fingers). If I can't get the Big Box version that I want, the I guess I can settle for a little bit more modern version that comes with it in cd format. Though, that still wont work for a modern pc because more than likely, the cd format will only be compatible for dos.
Nice review, Stalker. Your writing skill have improved dramatically from the last one . I also liked how you reviewed each aspect of the game: story, graphics, game-play....
