I have owned five desktops including the one i am using. I'm a DIY guy , i personalize my desktop hardware specifications. Also i do my own maintenance just to make sure the efficiency. I also have laptops, but i usually bring them on travel. I love desktops because of its plug and play features.
I guess for me I have owned 4. And that excludes consoles and the game boys. I guess the consoles are plenty but mostly the older version. I have stopped choosing modern consoles. So it's beyond affordable for me.
I have owned two desktops and two laptops since birth. I am in some way a minimalist and I do not possess two or more devices at the same time. I only purchase new ones if the one that I'm currently using is about to crash or break down.
Right now, hopefully by this year I can get a new laptop, which would technically make it my third one.
I own one gaming desktop and another desktop which I'm using for freelance job. I also own one Macbook pro.
