Hello, dear forum. My name is Georgi (Георги) and I already know, you will never pronounce it right I am from Bulgaria, located in East Europe. Funny fact is most of the world mistaken us for russian, it's true we share common cyrillic alphabet and we too are slavic people. We were also kinda sorta, pretty much under the heavy influence of the ex - USSR when it was still alive, and that's why S.T.A.L.K.E.R. was personal experience to me, and loved every bit of it. Metro 2033 was godsend and trilling ride, I was not surprised USA (but I will love to speak with american fans of the game) didn't like the game too much, and I'm sure the game was just too bitter for their taste. Well I can't think of what else to say, so if you have questions, ask PS: And no, I don't speak english with hard "R"
Точно на нашенско Момчетата /и няколкото момичета/ тук са учтиви,разговорливи и добронамерени-сигурен съм,че често ще се отбиваш.
Welcome to the tunnels Strider. As for being a BIG fan of Metro in the USA, I think it was one the best games out there, and from the people I know from school that have played Metro said the same thing. The only reason it's not such a big seller here in the U.S. is because it is not widely know as it is in Europe. The only post-apocalyptic games that seems to be popular here is Fallout.
Thanks everyone! Yes, true. Many times, people comapre the two. Well I only played Fallout 1 and didn't like it at all. 3 is completely in different direction. Maybe one day I'll give 3 a chance.
Welcome, Bulgarin! Wait, wha-... Sorry, been playing too much GTA IV Welcome to the beautiful forums of Last Light!
Much appreciated I would go for the quads, chest, biceps and triceps. More protein there. See you around the metro, and pray that I would not be hungry
Was it because of the bad graphics and the point and click game play? I honestly think Fallout 1 is probably the best in the series, tied up there with Fallout 2, even after playing them in the sequence of: Fallout 3, New Vegas, 1, and finally 2.
