(So it can be a SMG a HMG a LMG and with enough tweaking a Sniper rifle) unlike a PKMs boring heavy awkward system (if you dont know the modular bits are accomplished by useing a tool kit that come with weapon so it can be used in any situation) PS i meant the AKS 74U
Mate, you cant change a Galil into a HMG, LMG or a SMG, it is a Assault Rifle. Their is Shorten Versions, 7.62 Versions, A Support Weapon Versions (Wiki calls it a Light Machine gun, Really it is comparable to a RPK that is not a Light Machinegun) btw, Pk's with the new Zenith type tuning kits have had pretty good reviews, very ergonomic for a weapon of its age, size and weight

Like Seriously, Most of the Nations/Organizations you listed as having a lack luster military have a pretty decent/Good Military force... you could argue India has a more advanced Military than the USA, the Uk's Military isnt all that great, Russia's Military is going though massive moderization, China is doing the same as im lead to belive with more development of Air and Naval Assets and the UN shouldnt even be on that list... -_-

It is because handguns are Semi-Automatic for the most part, small, can do some real damage and concelible you cant be a thug and use a Mosin to rob places etc... (Unless you Obrez that Shiz) Its all about scaring the shit out of the other guys, making them think you know what your doing xD
I'm no specialist on the matter, but I'd say that the basic infantry of the UK is decent - however it's the special forces where they really shine. The SAS is even comparable to Specnaz, though probably not better.
I'd figure the SAS would beamongst the best, since they have been the role model for several other countries spec forces.
I'd say the Danish soldiers are pretty good, but some of their equipment is ancient and even though I hope they go with CV90's for the new APCs I'm afraid they'll buy G5s instead, cuz all the politicians care about is cutting down expense anyway. Our special forces are again great recon troops but lack the necesarry gear to conduct high-speed hostage rescue ops. In fact I still do not think they even have a ballistic drill house. They are also short on choppers, but they'll get the Merlins converted to troop transport soon and it'll be alright.
Hah! New Zealand SAS was where it all Started (Sure we had a Brit CO back in WW2, but the troops were Majority Kiwi's apart from the odd Aussie)
