I recently purchased metro last light for my mac because it looked amazing and now when i try to open it it simply crashes.
Hello. We don't have a lot of Mac players on these forums, so you have a better chance of getting an answer on the Steam forums or by filing a support ticket. When you get a solution, please don't forget to post it here so that someone with a similar problem could find it easier.
It probably has something to do with D3D drivers being none-existent. From what I understood Mac was OpenGL only? You may try deleting the user.cfg or whatever it's called on the mac to allow the game to auto-recreate it. Then install fresh drivers for your ATI/Nvidia card and all d3d/opengl software for mac then restart and try again... Read what the Mac system requirements are... sometimes there are several runtimes required before you can play some games.
