So, what are everyone's favorite bands? My all-time favorite has to be "Rhapsody of Fire", an orchestral metal band from Italy which specializes in Lord of the Rings type lyrics. It even has Christopher Lee narrating! :)

Yes, epic is a favorite of mine. Carl Orff is a epic, though he's more classical, and then there are some movie/game soundtracks which are amazing. I'll have to check these bands out!

Breaking Benjamin. Many years ago, I was playing Halo2 at my friend's place when "Blow Me Away" appeared in the middle of the game. I asked who played the song and my bud said Breaking Benjamin. I've been a huge fan of that band ever since, and it has always been my number one favorite band.

I wouldn't be able to decide on just a few favourite bands, but I have some favourite genres: I enjoy some '50s/'60s Rock 'n' Roll, '80s Heavy/Thrash Metal is awesome and I absolutely love Power Metal.

Yeah. Especially when someone asks you to do it. You give them a few names if they insist, then you feel terrible afterwards because at that moment you forgot to mention another favourite. This happens to me often. :D

    Well here's mine...

Iron Maiden (I prefer Bruce Dickinson as the vocalist, but Blaze and Paul are fine too.)

    Razorback (A local band here)
    Wolfgang (Another Local Band)
Cryoshell (They were the ones who played most of the new Bionicle songs)

Judas Priest (LEMME HEAR THE BATTLE CRY!)

    Metallica
    Pink Floyd
    Kasabian
