Duplet vs. Uboinik vs. Heavy Auto Shotgun

Which do you prefer, the Duplet, the Uboinik, or the Heavy Automatic Shotgun?

    Alright, so the standard AK won by a huge margin in my last poll, but what about shotguns? Which one is your favorite, and why? Even if you use pneumo weapons, which shotgun would be your favorite if you had to use one? I usually stick with the duplet, it's damage is monstrous although reloading is finicky.

    спасибо. The Uboinik? It's good, but I don't like the reload system. Your slow-mo video helped me understand it, but I just prefer the Duplet.

    I mut go with Uboinik because i never had the oportunity to try the auto-shotgun and the dumplet was fun was its gets kinda underpowered on highter dificulty settings where you are agaist a lot of nosalies and wich does more demage to you. The uboining is my favorite because its has kinda good ammo capacity ( at least for me). 6 rounds ( mosntly i played with 5 lounded until i learned the basics of its realoand mechanizm. But i never was a big fan of shotguns in any FPS games i played. Im more ansult rifle or pistol person. I like the SMG's to (ofc if there are any in game) Ohh i almost forgot i kinda like shoot-realound weapons like Mossin Nagad and other like that

    Honestly the mechanism of the gun is the most appealing thing in it for me, aside from six available shots and full-auto mode.

    It's reload mechanism is certainly unique. I'm going to attempt to one-shot a standard librarian with a duplet. Both barrels, up-close. I'll record, and maybe get something up tomorrow if I'm successful.

    I prefer heavy auto, it's useful for taking out multiple mutants

    My opinion - it's a HUGE waste of ammo. Compared to the Duplet and Uboinik it's damage per shot statistic is just awful, wasting valuable ammo that can't be recovered. But playing on Ranger HC has turned me into a "Scrooge", so the idea of an automatic shotgun is cool, but like I said it's a gigantic waste of ammunition.

    I never really understood the system of the Uboinik either, so I voted for the Heavy machine shotgun. It has a huge capacity of ammo before having to reload, and you can go BOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOM forever and ever, and just terminate anything in your path as if you had a chaingun. It's like a shotgun version of the chaingun. It's true that the power of the shots is minor, but that doesn't matter when you can go BOOMBOOMBOOMBOOM all the time ^.^

    The four times I played the game, I always did it on easy, so ammo was never a problem for me. I rarely used shotguns, so I ended up getting lots of bullets by selling a huge load of shotgun shells. And the times I did use a shotgun.. Well, I had a lot of ammo.

    I like both the Uboinik and the Duplet,but im going with the Duplet for its look.So crude and cruel!

    Anyway,i mostly use rifles and pistols.

    heavy for me. it eats ammo like mad, but I love shooting librarians in the face with it.

    Generally speaking, I pick up one of the pneumatic weapons all the way until Polis, and then I pick up a Duplet in the Library. There are never any humans after Black Station, and a shotgun is way better against mutants.

    I always avoid shooting librarians because it's unnecessary, and they're on the endangered species list! :D

    Really didn't enjoy any of the shotguns in M:33. Found them to be underpowered compared to the rifles. I also prefer a stealthy style of gameplay.

    Out of the three my choice is probably the duplet because of the fact that you can shoot 2 shells at the same time and just smoke anything if they are close enough.:lol:
