I personally don't play a lot anymore and I didn't get all my achievements, but I'm too lazy to hop on the game and get them nowadays. I kind of got burned out and they don't feel worth it to me.
Yes, I have all achievements on all Metro games that I own (Metro 2033, Metro: Last Light, Metro 2033: Redux). Normally I don't go achievement-hunting at all and I'm usually quite rubbish at it anyway (I actually wish there was an option to turn off all achievements entirely so that I can just play the game for what it is without feeling compelled to get them), but I made an exception for this series.
