I get terrible screen tearing even if I force on vertical sync and triple buffering from nvidia control panel. It would be great if anyone could give me suggestions on how to fix this. The back of by AK also gets blurry when I aim down the sights. Is that supposed to happen? It's honestly annoying me a bit.
