I was thinking that maybe you can recruit people into your group to help you on a mission, any oppinions?
Hmm, maybe that would be just a little too rpg, I'd personally prefer having set allies which go with the story. But maybe you could choose between two characters, and they have different dialogue and maybe different weapons? Yeah, I think that would be interesting. Good idea, Vlad! Or maybe you could choose who to follow, and they handle the mission in different ways, or go on separate paths to the same objective?
I have heard so many bos hiz from people(I dont mean you) that i end up thinking metro is gonna be mmo rpg cod or something similar to that -.-
This could actually be a good idea for, if noit this game, then at least a future metro game. As long as they have these specifications: -They can die -they are randomly generated (names, clothes faces etc.) - they only use weapons that are slightly lower level than the players (so players do not prematurely get them) - they can be got by money/bullets, or by quests (?)
That would be good for a future RPG metro game, so I'm going to have to agree with the others. Keep it between linear and rpg. And I agree with Von, maybe choosing between 2 different characters for a mission, and they may approach it differently or get it done differently. Who knows.
Well, I think S.T.A.L.K.E.R already has this sussed (since it's more of an rpg/open world game than Metro). You have team-mates, they die (very quickly, sometimes), and you can trade with them. So I reckon keep Metro as it is, and keep Stalker as it is. But having team-mated like in the Metro 2033 game works nicely. Just me thoughts.
