Fallout 4 Player Told To Smash Special Vinyl Record For Refund. WHY?!!? Find Out Here!

by on February 5, 2016

A special $125 edition of Fallout 4 included 4 very special vinyl records full of Fallout music. However, for one gamer, the package didn’t come full in tact. In fact, one of the records came very warped, making it unplayable. After showing this to Betheda, they offered a refund for the record itself. When asked about a full refund, they noted he had to prove that he destroyed every record given to him. So, he did. The picture of this can be seen above.

“You only showed that one of the records was damaged so we refunded you for that damaged record,” stated a Bethesda representative in an email. “If the other records are similarly affected, please provide photos. However if they are not affected and you still would like a full refund for the product, please follow the instructions below for this limited edition item: Destroy the other records, and provide photos of the damaged records.

“Once I get those photos I will happily refund you for your order. Thank you and have a wonderful day!”
